The casualty, a 19 year old girl from Southport, had been walking with family when a simple trip resulted in a suspected fracture of the lower leg. Following treatment by a rescue team paramedic, the casualty was carried back to the ambulance waiting at Haddon Hall.

The 74 year gentleman was recovering from a recent hip operation and was out for a short walk to aid his recuperation. Unfortunately a stumble caused him to fall on to the hip resulting in severe pain.

Buxton Mountain Rescue Team called by East Midlands Ambulance Service to an incident in the old quarry workings at Eldon Hill, near Sparrowpit.
A paraglider from Rotherham had landed on a ledge to the side of the main quarry face sustaining a lower leg injury. Air-ambulance paramedics were first on scene to treat the man for his injury.
Buxton Team members then carefully lifted the casualty onto a mountain rescue stretcher and carried him to the waiting helicopter for onward transit to a Sheffield hospital.

Buxton Mountain Rescue Team called to assist Derbyshire Police Officers in the search for a vulnerable adult in the area of Mam Tor and the Great Ridge. Edale M.R.T was also called in shortly afterwards.
The man was later located by police officers who took the man into care.
Buxton Mountain Rescue Team placed on standby to assist Derby M.R.T. in the search for a vulnerable adult. Not long after this request another call to assist the police in a search around the Mam Tor area was received.
Whilst Buxton M.R.T. played no active part in this search the subject was located very shortly after.
Buxton Mountain Rescue Team called by East Midlands Ambulance Service when two casualties were reported on steep ground above the quarry workings at Topley Pike Quarry.
The two people, from Oldham, were totally off any recognised route and access to the casualty site was extremely difficult. On arrival the more serious casualty, a young lady, was discovered to have sustained a head injury and a shoulder injury due to a falling rock. The second casualty had suffered some minor injuries but was able to walk down with assistance.
