Incident report

Mountain Rescue assistance was requested by East Midlands Ambulance Service following the report of a lady having injured her ankle whilst walking.   The lady, on holiday from Aylsham, had simply slipped on a muddy farm track and sustained a suspected fracture of the left ankle

A total of 19 members of the Edale and Buxton joint team Snatch Squad responded but most Buxton members were stood down en route when it was found that the incident site was close to the road.
