Besides operational activity, there is always plenty of support work to be done. Premises, equipment and vehicles have to be kept in a constant state of readiness, kit checked and maintained, fundraising organised, the training programme managed, external liaison work and administrative duties attended to. These jobs are all vital to maintaining our high standards and will make you just as much a part of our successful, happy, thriving team as those who do active rescue operations
