Debbie Marsden, from Ashbourne, Derbyshire, along with a group of friends, conquered Mount Kenya, the second highest mountain in Africa.
Angela Garton
With an officially recorded time of 1 hour, 50 minutes and 7 seconds, Angela recorded a personal best in the Great North Run with dontations to Buxton Mountain Rescue Team.
John Molyneux
What a way to celebrate the big 50! On Sat. 1st Aug, as part of his big birthday celebrations, John Molyneux from Sale, jumped out of an aircraft flying at 14,000 feet. This was in memory of his late, best friend and to raise money for the Buxton Mountain Rescue Team who tried to save him.
