Pass the salt, please

When wood turning craftsman, Peter Topliss, offered to raise a few bCraftman 1 smallob at a craft-show other stall holders were keen to support his enthusiasm.  Peter organised a raffle at the show which was held at the Palace Hotel in Buxton last Sunday.

Peter generously offered his handmade salt and pepper mills with matching serviette rings as the prize. He raised £43 from visitors to the small craft exhibition in the ornate surroundings of the five star hotel.

Spontaneous offers of this nature to help the team are really appreciated.  We are amazed at the trouble that people with no connection with the team will go to, to raise money.  Thank you to Peter and his wife for their time and effort.

The cash will go into the “new radios” pot and will probably be spent before Christmas.craman 2 small
