Incident report

The team was called to an incident at Hen Cloud, to assist Officialwmas, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and Staffordshire Police with an injured person.

After treatment by Midlands and Air Ambulance paramedics, the casualty was placed on a mountain rescue stretcher and carried to a waiting ambulance before being transferred to hospital via the air ambulance

This was a difficult extraction, in very hot conditions with all team members operating to our covid 19 procedures, that needed to be done quickly, and was a good example of a multi-agency rescue. The team would like to thank the local resident who kindly allowed several team members to park in her field, again a lovely example of the local community helping the rescue team, to rescue injured people.
