Hi my name is Helen I am the lady who took a tumble. I sustained a fracture to my ankle , had an op and now have some metal work in place. I cannot express how much gratitude I feel toward these fantastic teams for the help they gave me. I was wearing all the right gear and stuck to the path but when something like this happens, in awful weather I might add , you suddenly feel very small and vulnerable. The team were so reassuring and professional I really don’t know what I would have done without them. I am now well on the road to full recovery and will forever be filled with admiration for these brave selfless hero’s and heroines.
