Incident report
Both Edale Mountain Rescue Team and Buxton Mountain Rescue Team responded to assist a walker who had suffered a lower right leg injury whilst descending the steps from the summit to Mam Nick.
The casualty was administered pain relief and carried on a mountain rescue stretcher to a friend’s car, which then transferred the casualty to the hospital.
