Incident report
The team was called as part of our joint operations arrangement to assist Edale Mountain Rescue Team in the Burbage area. A young lady walker had taken a tumble sustaining a knee injury.
Once assessed the casualty was splinted and placed on the mountain rescue stretcher for a short carry up to the road, and the waiting ambulance for the onward journey to hospital.
