Incident report
Buxton and Edale Rescue Teams’ Snatch Squad was called at 11.30 to rendezvous at Odin Mine near Castleton. A male walker on the ridge between Mam Tor to Hollins Cross had sustained a suspected fractured ankle. Fortunately an air ambulance was available and was able to airlift the casualty to hospital whilst the teams were still assembling. Photo: Back Tor from Odin Mine
