Incident report
Search Dog, Megan, and her handler were called to asssit Edale, Woodhead and Glossop MRTS with a search for a mountain biker who had reported himself lost and cold above the Upper Derwent reservoirs.
An intensive search in poor weather of known mountain bike routes in addition to open moorland was conducted.
The biker was located cold, but otherwise unharmed, by a member of the public and members of Woodhead MRT.
