Young Ned goes the extra mile

Young NedOur sincere thanks to Ned, who recently completed a sponsored run for the team raising a three figure sum in the process.

Ned’s parents have always been keen to support charity, and when Ned decided that he wanted to run with Mum, she decided that it would mean more to him if the charity was one he could relate to, enter stage right BMR search dog handler Dave Mason. Ned had been aware for some time that ‘Uncle Dave’ and his collie Megan were a special pair, as they went out to search for lost people on the mountains.

Consequently, Ned and Mum did their sponsored runs, with Ned running his socks off to raise a significant sum for the team, bolstered by an additional 28% of tax relief courtesy of Mr Brown as the money was gifted via the team Just Giving facility.

To thank Ned for all his hard work, he was presented with his own team polo shirt and a certificate for all his efforts. Thanks Ned, you’re a real star.
