Buxton Mountain Rescue Team wishes to say a sincere “Thank You” to all the individuals and groups who made a donation to the team in memory of our late Team President, Ian Hurst.
Our thanks also to Ian’s widow Zan and her family for so generously nominating the rescue team to benefit from the donations.  Their consideration for the needs of others at such a sad and difficult time was a really generous gesture.
The Buxton Mountain Rescue Team has so far received nearly £600 in memory of Ian and we can pledge that every penny of the gifts will go towards providing equipment and member training which may one day help save a life.
