The team sends its sincere condolences to the Cavendish family following  the passing of the Dowager Duchess of Devonshire at the age of 94 years

The late Duke, Andrew, and the Duchess of Devonshire had long supported the work of mountain rescue in the Peak District.  The family had been particular supporters of Buxton team which has had the privilege of attending the Chatsworth Country Fairs for many years and raising many thousands of pounds.  The Duke and Duchess often called in at the team’s display stand to wish the team members a successful day.
