Incident report
A joint snatch squad of Edale and Buxton 
Mountain Rescue Teams was called to Mam Nick where a 49 year old female had slipped on the muddy path whilst descending from Rushup Edge towards Mam Nick.
The casualty, from Melton Mowbray, was treated on site for a suspected fracture of the right ankle before being carried to the nearest road and a waiting East Midlands Ambulance.
