Incident report

Buxton and Edale rescue teams’ Joint Snatch Squad called to assist East Midlands Ambulance Service at Stanage where a man had fallen three to four metres from a boulder.  A possible ankle fracture was treated by ambulance paramedics before the casualty was carried by stretcher to the road for transfer to a Chesterfield hospital.       Photo:  Edale and Buxton team members stretchering the casualty to a waiting ambulance.
