Sorry for the delay in sending this (due to holidays), but as the lady hurt in this incident, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help on the day. From the moment we contacted you by phone, throughout the whole process (which took over two hours, due to the location), everyone from your team was fantastic – very helpful, supportive and friendly. I’m sure it wasn’t an easy process to get me down from where I fell (seemed to be about the trickiest spot possible on our walk!), but with such a large number of volunteers and all your experience, you did a fantastic job.

My ankle turned out to be sprained and with a small fracture, and is now healing well. Thank you again for everything.
