Just to say a massive thank you to your team for not only helping me up to the air ambulance but also ensuring that my children were brought to hospital. Everyone involved was so kind and professional. I have a fractured ankle and am waiting to find out whether I am to stay in a cast or will need an op. If I had tried to walk out of the dale it would almost certainly have been the latter. Your help that day will hopefully mean that I shall avoid an operation-good for me and the health service! A huge thank you again.
